We got it! The famous POPAI D-A-CH-Award, the Ferrari in the POS industry - this year as well!

EFFEKT GRAFIK started in 2020 with three nominations as a sure candidate for the much coveted "Indian“ trophy! The invitation to the exclusive gala event of the POPAI awards - the POS event of the year - was assured. Every year, up to 100 invited guests and experts in shop and display construction enjoy the noble ambience of the Düsseldorf Design Hotel "Hyatt Regency" and the atmospheric view of the Medienhafen.

28.05.2020: deadline of the gala ceremony – COVID-19 sends its regards!

In March 2020 the corona pandemic reached Germany with full force. Despite the positive development and declining numbers in April and May, the POPAI committee correctly considered a special alternative for the originally planned gala evening for security reasons.

POPAI award ceremony in a different way - welcome to the digital age!

At 6 p.m. on 28.05.2020, each nominated company received an individual gala video announcing their respective awards.

SO THE OSCAR GOES TO EFFEKT GRAFIK

Bronze was awarded in the category "Health > 3 months" to the high-quality premium display of the brand "Ratioline®", which was created from the target-oriented cooperation between EFFEKT GRAFIK and the leading medical device manufacturer Lohmann & Rauscher. Furthermore we received in the category "Beauty and Fragrances > 3 Months" both - the silver "Indian" for the well thought-out "Biotherm Bath Therapy" display concept by L'Oréal and the golden "Indian" for the multi-faceted "Dior Backstage" freestanding furniture by LVMH.

The next day we were informed by the DOUGLAS team leader in the Regional VM, Marketing & Luxury division, Mr. Julian Eßler, that another golden award had been presented to our jointly implemented design of the luxury shop window "XMAS'19".
